Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Retail Manager at Jewelchic. Responsibilities will include overseeing daily store operations, managing sales activities, leading and motivating the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards in brand representation. The Retail Manager will also focus on meeting sales targets, implementing customer service initiatives, and upholding operational efficiency within the store.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively assist and engage with customers and team members.
- Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction, manage complaints, and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Experience in Team Management, including leading, mentoring, and developing staff to achieve store goals.
- Proficiency in Sales and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and operational objectives.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities for efficient store management.
- Prior experience in retail, preferably in jewelry or luxury products, is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
