Retail Managers & Assistant Managers – Luxury Retail Division

The Hematian Family Duty-Free (HFDF) division is expanding its leadership team and is seeking experienced Retail Managers and Assistant Managers to oversee premium duty-free boutiques across leading cruise lines worldwide.
This is a unique opportunity to lead high-performing retail environments, manage international teams, and represent globally recognized brands while traveling the world.

You will:
- Lead retail teams in dynamic international environments
- Manage premium brand portfolios in luxury duty-free boutiques
- Drive sales performance and guest engagement
- Develop and coach multicultural retail teams
- Collaborate with brand partners and shipboard leadership
Your Leadership Impact
As a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Driving commercial performance and boutique revenue
- Leading and motivating international sales teams
- Maintaining luxury brand standards and merchandising excellence
- Creating memorable guest experiences through storytelling and service
- Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential
Ideal Background
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
- Luxury retail leadership (Assistant Manager / Manager level)
- Beauty, fragrance, watches, or fine jewelry retail
- Travel retail or duty-free environments
- High-volume premium retail environments such as airports or flagship boutiques
Candidates from companies such as Sephora, LVMH brands, DFS, Estée Lauder, airport duty-free retailers, or luxury boutiques are especially encouraged to apply.
