Role: Senior Manager / AVP / Associate Director - Retail Leasing

Location: Hyderabad / Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end retail leasing transactions (malls / high streets)
• Identify and onboard brands (F&B, Apparel, QSR, Lifestyle, etc.)
• Manage site selection, commercial negotiations & deal closures
• Build relationships with brands, developers, and landlords
• Execute store expansion strategies across key micro-markets
  
  

Experience Required

• Brand-side Retail Leasing (Expansion)
• Mall / High Street Leasing
• Strong deal closure track record
  
  

Experience Range

Senior Manager: 8-12 years
