Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Retail Leasing Executive. The Retail Leasing Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, managing lease agreements, negotiating lease terms, and coordinating lease administration processes. The role involves maintaining client relationships, sourcing potential tenants, and ensuring successful execution of commercial leasing transactions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Commercial Leasing and understanding of leases
- Proficiency in Lease Negotiations and Lease Administration
- Strong ability to perform detailed Market Research to identify opportunities and trends
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate or leasing are a plus
- Prior experience in the real estate or leasing industry, preferably in commercial or retail sectors
