Role Description
This full-time role as a Retail Leasing Executive is an on-site position based in New Delhi. The responsibilities include prospecting and securing Properties as per Brand Requirements, lease negotiations & supporting the Retail Leasing Team for Closures. The role also involves conducting detailed market research and surveys, staying updated on market trends, and building strong relationships with property owners, developers, and tenants to ensure successful transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and expertise in Retail/Dark Store Leasing and Property Scouting
- Conduct detailed market surveys to identify potential retail spaces according to brand’s requirements.
- Maintain updated property inventories with accurate data and visuals on our CRM.
- Liaise with brokers, developers, landlords for property details.
- Support leasing managers in preparing client proposals.
Provide on-ground insights on brand movement, rentals, and occupancy trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Should be comfortable with using MS Office and CRM
