🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development – Retail Expansion (Leasing Executive)
📍 Location: Gurgaon (Sector 18, Udyog Vihar Phase 4)
🌍 Work Area: Delhi NCR (Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Indirapuram & Delhi)
💰 Salary: Up to 4.8 LPA
🕒 6 Days Working | Field Role (Bike Mandatory)
We are looking for a dynamic professional with experience in Retail Leasing / Real Estate to join our growing team.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure retail leasing opportunities
• Handle end-to-end leasing (sourcing to deal closure)
• Conduct market research for high-potential retail locations
• Build strong relationships with landlords & developers
• Visit sites and evaluate properties for expansion
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in retail leasing / real estate
• Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR high-street markets
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a field-based role
⭐ Candidates with experience working with brands like Lenskart, Gyan Ice Cream, or similar retail chains will be preferred.
