The Role
The Night Operations Project Coordinator is the primary point of contact during live installations, focusing on real-time coordination, issue escalation, and accurate documentation. This is a salaried non-exempt position with a base salary of $48,000 annually, plus overtime pay when applicable.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor active installation work and ensure services are progressing according to scope and schedule.
- Respond to contractor questions and escalate issues that may impact completion.
- Track job status and maintain communication throughout the service window.
- Identify delays or risks and coordinate adjustments to keep work moving.
- Support reassignment or escalation when needed.
- Review completed work to confirm deliverables, time on site, and scope requirements.
- Approve completion readiness and document outcomes in internal systems.
- Share updates with internal stakeholders and document exceptions as needed.
Work Schedule Expectations
- This is a full-time, five-day-per-week role with a combination of overnight and daytime shifts.
- Three shifts per week are typically overnight (approximately 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM Pacific) aligned with installation schedules.
- Two shifts per week are scheduled during daytime hours to support coordination, reporting, and handoffs.
- Specific days may vary based on installation schedules and business needs.
- Ability to remain working until installations are completed, which may extend beyond scheduled hours when necessary.
What You’ll Need
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple active tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to respond clearly in time-sensitive situations.
- Ability to reliably, independently, and effectively work during overnight hours.
- Ability to utilize software such as MS Word and Excel and learn new skills and tools quickly.
- Fluent in English, including the ability to understand and communicate verbally and in writing.
- Reliable internet, phone, and power.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting field service, logistics, or installation work.
- Familiarity with platforms such as FieldNation or similar systems.
