🔹 Key Responsibilities:

▪️Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
▪️Handle billing & POS operations efficiently
▪️Ensure proper product display and shelf replenishment
▪️Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
▪️Resolve customer queries & complaints effectively
▪️Support stock management & inventory checks
▪️Follow SOPs, safety guidelines & company policies


🔹 Required Skills:

▪️Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
▪️Customer-focused attitude
▪️Basic computer & billing knowledge
▪️Team player with positive attitude
▪️Ability to work in rotational shifts
▪️Quick learner & adaptable to retail environment
