Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Floor Manager located in Chennai. The Retail Floor Manager will oversee daily operations on the retail floor, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing operational plans, training team members, addressing customer queries, and maintaining the store's presentation and inventory management. The role also involves driving team performance to achieve sales targets and deliver a premium shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Proven ability in Operations Management and team supervision
- Experience in Training and developing team members to meet performance standards
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desirable
