Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Fixture Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing retail fixtures and display systems, along with advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. This role requires both creative and technical expertise to deliver innovative and practical design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop retail fixtures, display units, and shop-in-shop concepts
Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and production-ready designs
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
Select appropriate materials and ensure cost-effective design execution
Coordinate closely with production and manufacturing teams
Provide support during site measurement and installation phases, as required
Required Skills & Competencies
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Strong experience in retail fixture and display design
Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills
Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Strong communication and coordination skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
Minimum 5–10 years of relevant industry experience
Proven experience working at a senior designer level
