JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, compliance, budgeting, reporting, audits, and financial planning while supporting overall business growth and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Management- Manage end-to-end finance operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow reports.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, banking activities, reconciliations, and cash management.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll processes, ROC filings, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, CA firms, consultants, and banking partners.
- Establish and improve financial controls, SOPs, and reporting systems.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, expenses, and cost optimization initiatives.
Business & Operational Support- Provide financial insights and reports to support management decision-making.
- Support budgeting and financial planning for business expansion and new initiatives.
- Conduct cost analysis, ROI analysis, and financial feasibility studies.
- Improve financial visibility and operational efficiency through effective reporting systems.
Administration & Coordination- Coordinate with HR and admin teams for payroll, attendance, reimbursements, and employee records.
- Maintain financial documentation, contracts, and statutory records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial governance standards.
Technology & Systems- Work with ERP/software systems to streamline finance operations and reporting.
- Support automation and digital tracking for billing, reporting, and analytics.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll processes, and Indian Accounting practices
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, or other accounting software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred
- Experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG industries is an added advantage
- Experience in process improvement and financial system implementation preferred
