We are Hiring | Franchise Development Manager
We arelooking for an experienced Franchise Development Manager to drive franchise and retail expansion opportunities.
Experience: 7–12+ years
Location - Hyderabad Preffered
We’re looking for professionals with experience in one or more of the following:
Retail Real Estate | Franchise Development | Retail Expansion | Mall Leasing | Commercial Property | Business Development
Experience with fashion, lifestyle, departmental stores, supermarkets, value retail or large-format retail brands will be preferred.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong network among landlords, developers, investors, franchisees and commercial property consultants
• Proven experience in retail property acquisition or franchise expansion
• Experience handling stores, preferably in the 5,000–15,000 sq. ft. range
• Strong understanding of revenue-share commercial structures
• Ability to evaluate the commercial potential of retail catchments and properties
• Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities
• Ability to confidently interact with HNIs, business owners, developers and senior decision-makers
• Strong follow-up and deal-closing skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across India
Key Performance Indicators:
Qualified leads | Suitable properties | Franchise presentations & meetings | Commercial proposals | LOIs / Agreements | New stores added to the expansion pipeline | Time taken from lead to commercial closure
