Role & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding products and provide detailed product information to enhance their shopping experience.

- Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability on the shop floor.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create appealing product displays.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) systems smoothly for billing and transactions.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have: Customer Service, Sales Optimization, Inventory Management, POS systems, Product Knowledge, Excellent Communication Skills
- Preferred: Experience in fashion or apparel retail, familiarity with retail management software, multilingual communication skills
