- Drive Sales/Foot fall/Activations
- Competition Update
- Planogram/Store Maintenance
- Admin expenses/cash tally
- Driving process compliance as per SOP @ store level
- Monthly/Quarterly Audit
- Shortlisting franchise & Onboarding
- Work on Bill Cut/Bill Value
Knowledge & Experience
- Graduate with Relevant experience.
- 2-6 Years of experience operations in Retail Stores / Supervisor-Team Lead in Retail operations.
- Preferably from Health & Beauty background
