We’re hiring: Retail Execution Manager / Project Manager
📍Mumbai (HQ) | Pan-India Travel
💰 As per experience and industry standards
N&S Execution delivers end-to-end retail store execution across India, acting as a single execution partner for brands from planning to handover.
We’re looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in retail execution, construction, interiors, or fit-outs who can independently manage multiple projects at once.
Requirements:
• Experience in retail execution / construction / project management
• Ability to read drawings, layouts, BOQs, dimensions & technical documents
• Knowledge of AutoCAD & Excel
• Strong coordination skills with vendors, site teams & stakeholders
• Experience handling procurement follow-ups, site execution & escalations
• Comfortable reporting directly to founders
• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits across India
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
Preferred background: Architecture / Construction Management / Project Management
