Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Retail / Channel / Trade Branding Professional. The professional will oversee the development and execution of retail and channel branding strategies to enhance the company’s presence in the marketplace. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing campaigns, managing brand positioning, aligning trade marketing strategies with business goals, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and ensuring consistency in brand representation across all retail touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Expertise in branding, trade marketing, and designing retail campaigns
- Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior
- Proficiency in client relationship management and vendor coordination
- Project management skills and ability to execute marketing initiatives within deadlines
- Experience with digital branding tools and software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
