Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Advisors to join our retail team at Indore Airport. The role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, maintaining brand standards, and representing Kimirica’s luxury brand philosophy to customers from across the country and globe.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a premium shopping experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products accordingly
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and store hygiene standards
• Handle customer queries and provide product knowledge confidently
• Support stock management and inventory upkeep
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
Requirements
• Prior experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, retail, or luxury sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric approach with good sales understanding
• Presentable, confident, and professional personality
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and retail environments
• Basic understanding of beauty and skincare products is preferred
