Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Retail Beauty Advisor to join our team in Indore. In this role, you will collaborate with customers to understand their beauty and wellness needs, provide expert advice on skincare and other products, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. You will maintain in-depth product knowledge, handle retail sales, and actively engage customers through personalized recommendations. Upholding Kimirica’s core values of customer service and lifestyle excellence is central to this position.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Cosmetology and Skin Care to provide expert advice on customer needs
- Strong understanding of Product Knowledge to explain features, benefits, and ingredients
- Excellent Customer Service and Retail Sales skills to create a positive shopping experience and achieve sales goals
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry with a commitment to maintaining a welcoming and professional presence
- Proactive, team-oriented, and goal-driven with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
