Retail Operations Executive
We're looking for a Retail Operations Executive to work closely with our Retail Head and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our retail network.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales staff across all stores.
- Track store inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
- Follow up with distributors for monthly sales reports and store performance.
- Maintain purchase orders (POs) with retail partners.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, production, accounts, and merchandising) for store requirements.
- Monitor stock movement, RTVs, and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure operational discipline and timely execution across all retail stores.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Good communication skills.
- Prior experience in retail operations, merchandising, or sales coordination is preferred.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys execution, data, and operations. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that our retail network runs efficiently while supporting the Retail Head in scaling Taffykids across India.
