Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage sales operations across assigned retail stores
✔️ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
✔️ Monitor store performance and implement improvement strategies
✔️ Train and motivate store managers and sales teams
✔️ Ensure proper inventory management and stock availability
✔️ Analyze market trends and competitor activities
✔️ Maintain high standards of customer service and experience
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Retail Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for team management and customer interactions.
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and implementing customer-centric strategies.
- Leadership capability, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and developing actionable strategies to improve performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the retail and accessories sector is an advantage.
