Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Retail Architect. The Retail Architect will oversee architectural design projects, focusing on commercial spaces, and ensure that designs are both innovative and functional. Responsibilities include creating and managing architectural plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, integrating design elements with technical requirements, and managing project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience in Software Development and Integration for architectural tools and systems
- Proficiency in Project Management to handle timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary team coordination
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related fields
- Prior experience in commercial space design is an advantage
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of sustainable and innovative design practices is a plus
