Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail & PR Associate at a luxury couture house, based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing the boutique experience while supporting the brand’s public relations and client engagement initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with couture selections, maintaining strong relationships with customers, stylists, and media contacts, and ensuring a seamless luxury retail experience.
The role also includes supporting brand events, celebrity and stylist interactions, and boutique activations, while ensuring the brand’s storytelling and visual identity are consistently reflected in-store and across client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Retail Sales and Client Relationship skills to guide customers through couture selections and deliver personalized service
- Public Relations and Communication skills to interact with stylists, influencers, and media contacts
- Ability to support events, trunk shows, and boutique activations to enhance brand visibility
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills to maintain long-term client connections
- Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, PR, or client servicing is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in fashion, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
