About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Resume Writer who can create high-quality, ATS-friendly resumes tailored for the US job market. The ideal candidate should understand different job domains and be able to transform candidate profiles into impactful, result-driven resumes.
Key Responsibilities
Create and optimize resumes as per US job market standards
Understand candidate background, skills, and career goals
Align resumes with target job roles such as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, SDE, etc.
Ensure resumes are ATS-friendly with proper keywords
Highlight achievements, metrics, and project impact effectively
Customize resumes based on client/job requirements
Work closely with technical and marketing teams for profile alignment
Maintain quality and timely delivery of resumes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong understanding of resume formats and structures
Ability to analyze job descriptions and align resumes accordingly
Attention to detail and proofreading skills
Ability to handle multiple profiles simultaneously
Preferred Skills
Experience in US resume writing or recruitment industry
Knowledge of ATS systems and keyword optimization
Understanding of IT domains (Data, Software, Cloud, Finance, etc.)
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn profile optimization
