Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resume Writer located in Delhi, India. The Resume Writer will be responsible for creating professional, customized resumes and LinkedIn profiles that effectively communicate clients' skills, qualifications, and career achievements. Other responsibilities include conducting one-on-one consultations to gather information, performing job market research to tailor content, proofreading and editing documents, and ensuring consistency and clarity in all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Resume Writing, LinkedIn Profile Optimization, and professional content creation
- Expertise in Research, Job Market Analysis, and Career Trend Awareness
- Proficiency in Proofreading, Editing, and maintaining attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor content for different industries and roles
- Awareness of HR recruitment processes, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility, and career consulting best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, HR, or a related field
- Experience in career services, HR, or professional writing is a strong advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused on-site environment
