About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Resume Writing Associate who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment. In this role, you will create and enhance professional resumes using AI-powered tools while ensuring high quality, accuracy, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, edit, and format professional resumes using AI-based tools
• Customize resumes based on job roles, industries, and client requirements
• Review and improve AI-generated content manually for quality and personalization
• Ensure resumes are error-free, professional, and aligned with global hiring standards
• Coordinate with internal teams for revisions and feedback
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information
