<strong>Role Overview</strong> </div><div>As a Registered Nurse at Restore, you’ll deliver high-quality medical services and therapies, educate clients on their wellness journey, and collaborate with the studio team to drive both medical and business success. You will play a critical role in ensuring client safety, delivering excellent outcomes, and supporting the studio’s overall growth. <br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <br><br>
</div><div><strong>Medical Expertise & Client Care</strong></div><ul>
<li>Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other medical services with accuracy and professionalism.</li>
<li>Establish positive rapport with clients and create a safe, welcoming environment.</li>
<li>Provide individualized client education on therapies, benefits, and best practices.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Studio Collaboration</strong></div><ul>
<li>Work autonomously while collaborating with the studio team to achieve shared goals.</li>
<li>Support membership plans by recommending services aligned with client needs.</li>
<li>Assist with off-site nursing events and community outreach programs.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Compliance & Safety</strong></div><ul>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in client EMRs.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant studio environment.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.</li>
<li>Licensure: Active RN license in the applicable state.</li>
<li>Certifications: Current BLS certification.</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum 1 year administering high-volume IVs/injections.</li>
<li>Passionate about delivering excellent patient care.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day.</li>
<li>Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently.</li>
