<strong>Client Experience</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Deliver personalized consultations and design treatment plans tailored to client goals.</li>
<li>Perform high-quality facials, body treatments, and esthetic services with professionalism and care.</li>
<li>Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Products & Services</strong></div><ul>
<li>Demonstrate expertise in skin health products and technologies, including Cryoskin and Hydrafacial (preferred certifications).</li>
<li>Recommend retail products and cross-sell Restore therapies to enhance results and extend benefits beyond the studio.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Studio Collaboration</strong></div><ul>
<li>Support studio operations including tours, member check-ins, and POS transactions.</li>
<li>Contribute to community outreach, promotions, and membership growth initiatives.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation of client treatments and progress.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Compliance & Safety</strong></div><ul>
<li>Ensure all esthetic services follow safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.</li>
<li>Model professionalism and uphold Restore’s mission, values, and culture.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).</li>
<li>Licensure: Active Esthetician license in applicable state (required).</li>
<li>Certifications: Cryoskin and Hydrafacial certifications (preferred).</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum 1 year as a professional esthetician.</li>
<li>Passion for delivering excellent client care and skin health outcomes.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Customer service-oriented with initiative and ability to work independently.</li>
