About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician for Front Door Iowa plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs to building systems and equipment. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in general maintenance or a related technical field.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and safety guidelines.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in property management or multi-family housing maintenance.

Responsibilities:
