<li>Perform restoration and demolition work </li>
<li>Learn to lead and coordinate restoration projects </li>
<li>Maintain job documentation and safety standards </li>
<li>Prepare job sites and manage equipment </li>
<li>Communicate with technicians and supervisors </li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li>Restoration or cleaning industry experience preferred </li>
<li>Leadership experience a plus </li>
<li>IICRC certifications preferred (or willingness to earn) </li>
<li>Valid driver’s license </li>
<li>Strong work ethic and willingness to grow </li>
