Role Description
The Restobar Manager will oversee daily operations of the restobar, ensuring superior guest experiences, staff performance, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include managing service quality, implementing promotions, maintaining inventory, and leading a team to deliver exemplary customer service. The role requires close collaboration with the kitchen and events teams for smooth operation and special occasions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore.
Qualifications
- Operational Management: Experience in managing day-to-day restaurant or bar operations, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
- Customer Service: Strong skills in ensuring excellent guest experiences, managing customer relationships, and addressing feedback professionally.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a team to achieve operational excellence.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and revenue management within food and beverage operations.
- Event Coordination: Experience in organizing and managing events or special promotions.
- Knowledge of F&B: Familiarity with food and beverage pairing, menu planning, and current trends in the hospitality industry.
- Relevant Credentials: A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- Additional Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of local health and safety regulations is a plus.
