Role Description The Restaurants Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role oversees day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, adherence to quality and hygiene standards, and a consistently high level of guest satisfaction across assigned outlets. Responsibilities include supervising front-of-house and food & beverage staff, organizing shifts, monitoring performance, and supporting team members to deliver efficient and courteous service. The role also involves handling guest queries or concerns, coordinating with the kitchen for timely and accurate order delivery, maintaining inventory and basic documentation, and implementing company policies and standards. The Restaurants Supervisor collaborates with management to support sales goals, improve service processes, and uphold Wadeshwar’s brand and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, shift management, and performance oversight.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to manage guest interactions, resolve issues, and maintain a positive dining experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear interaction with guests, staff, and management.
- Candidates should possess Food & Beverage knowledge, including basic understanding of restaurant service, menus, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality supervision is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is an advantage.
