Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Restaurant Incharge in a Quick Service Restaurant. The Restaurant Incharge will oversee daily operations, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service and adherence to food safety standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, training team members, monitoring food and beverage preparation, maintaining quality control, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. The role also involves ensuring efficient operations and fostering a positive working environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Food & Beverage management and maintaining Food Safety standards
- Strong Customer Service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling feedback professionally
- Experience in Training staff to uphold quality and service standards
- Effective Team Leadership skills to motivate and manage staff efficiently
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- A good understanding of inventory management and operational processes
