Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai for a Restaurant Supervisor. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain the quality and presentation of food and beverages. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, handling customer concerns, and assisting in staff training and scheduling. The role also involves monitoring inventory, addressing operational challenges, and fostering a positive dining environment.

- Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide an outstanding dining experience.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage standards, including presentation and hygiene practices.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational challenges effectively.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory.
