Role Overview:
We are hiring a Restaurant Supervisor/Captain to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise service staff and ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and service recovery
- Maintain service standards and team discipline
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments
- Train and guide service staff
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in restaurant service
