Location: Varkala, Kerala
Property: Still Waters – An ELIVAAS Group Property
Still Waters, a 4-star luxury property nestled in the serene coastal town of Varkala, is looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Captain to join our team. If you have a flair for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations for smooth and efficient service
• Lead and supervise the service team, ensuring top-tier hospitality standards
• Welcome and assist guests to create memorable dining experiences
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for seamless service
• Train and mentor team members to maintain service excellence
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Manage reservations and optimize seating arrangements
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong hospitality background with excellent service knowledge
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude
