Job Opening: Restaurant Steward
We are looking for hospitable, well-spoken, and disciplined Stewards to join our team in Kalyan. If you have experience in food service and pride yourself on excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
Job Details- Location: Kalyan
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Shift Details: Rotational shifts & rotational weekly offs
- Benefits: Free meals and staff accommodation provided
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve items professionally.
- Operations: Follow restaurant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and respect the team hierarchy.
- Table Management: Set up tables, ensure cleanliness, and clear dishes promptly.
- Communication: Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
Requirements & Skills- Experience: Minimum 1 to 1.5 years of experience as a restaurant steward.
- Soft Skills: Polite, well-mannered, and genuinely hospitable with good communication skills.
- Grooming: Always well-dressed, neat, and maintaining high personal hygiene standards.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rotating schedules.
