Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the day-to-day operations of our cafés located in Dehradun. Responsibilities include managing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and upholding quality standards. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, overseeing budgets, and driving revenue growth while fostering a positive and efficient work environment. This is an on-site position in Dehradun.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate staff.
- Expertise in restaurant operations, including inventory management, supplier coordination, and quality control.
- Customer service excellence, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in business operations such as budgeting, financial oversight, and revenue generation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for coffee and customer-oriented service excellence is an added advantage.
