Job Title: Restaurant Operations Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Operations Executive to manage online aggregator platforms, ensure smooth outlet operations, and drive efficiency across multiple locations. The role requires strong coordination, real-time monitoring, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure all aggregator IDs (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) are live and active
- Monitor outlet uptime and minimize downtime issues
- Ensure menu accuracy including pricing, images, and descriptions across platforms
- Update and manage out-of-stock (OOS) items in real-time
- Track order flow including acceptance rate, cancellations, and delays
- Coordinate with outlets to ensure smooth and timely order processing
- Ensure outlets operate as per defined business hours
- Monitor availability of raw materials and packaging at outlets
- Coordinate with supply and logistics teams for timely replenishment
- Identify and resolve aggregator-related issues promptly
- Work closely with aggregator partners for better visibility and listing optimization
- Monitor customer complaints, ratings, and ensure quick resolution
- Share daily and weekly performance reports
- Suggest strategies for sales growth and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience in restaurant operations, cloud kitchen, or food delivery platforms
- Good understanding of Zomato, Swiggy, or similar aggregators
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to handle multiple outlets and tasks simultaneously
