Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role located in Indore. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and smooth workflows for staff. Responsibilities include supervising and training team members, managing budgets and inventory, implementing marketing strategies, maintaining service standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves regular interactions with guests to address their feedback and improve satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Team leadership and staff management, including training and motivation of team members.
- Expertise in customer service and addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.
- Experience in budgeting, inventory management, and financial planning for restaurant operations.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards to ensure compliance.
- Strong organizational skills to manage daily workflows efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members and guests.
- Ability to analyze and implement marketing strategies to drive restaurant growth and visibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred. Prior experience working in fine dining or boutique hotel restaurants is a plus.
