Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager based in Bengaluru. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of one or more of the hotel's exclusive dining establishments. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, overseeing food and beverage quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and managing budgets and inventory. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers, implementing promotions, and upholding brand standards to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proven expertise in hiring, training, and staff management
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to foster effective teamwork
- Understanding of Food & Beverage operations and maintaining quality standards
- Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and safety regulations
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role within luxury Hotel is an advantage
