Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Bengaluru. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, lead a team of staff, and ensure optimal quality and efficiency in food and beverage services. Key responsibilities include staff hiring and training, managing customer interactions, monitoring service standards, and working closely with the kitchen team to maintain menu and quality consistency. The manager will also handle inventory oversight and contribute to achieving the restaurant's business goals, including profitability and an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, with proven skills in Customer Service and maintaining guest relations
- Effective Communication and team leadership abilities, ensuring a collaborative and motivated work environment
- Experience in Hiring, onboarding, and staff performance management
- Knowledge and expertise in Food & Beverage operations and service standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is preferred
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
