Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager based in Bengaluru. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating hiring and training, maintaining high food and beverage standards, and monitoring inventory and finances. The role also involves ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and fostering a positive dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service abilities to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Strong leadership skills in Hiring and training restaurant staff effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for managing teams and addressing customer needs
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage management, including menu planning and quality assurance
- Proven organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Relevant certifications in hospitality or restaurant management are advantageous
