Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Shraddha Inn, Shirdi, located in Rahta. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service for guests while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising food and beverage service, handling customer inquiries or concerns, and ensuring that the restaurant complies with safety and hygiene standards. The role also involves recruiting and training team members to uphold the property’s commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Hiring and onboarding restaurant staff
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and guests
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage management and operations
- Leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector is advantageous
