📌 Position: Restaurant Manager
📍 Location: Ahmedabad
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end restaurant operations and team management
• Drive customer satisfaction and maintain service excellence
• Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination
• Monitor sales, control costs, and manage P&L performance
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
• Train, motivate, and develop restaurant staff
• Handle customer concerns and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
🔹 Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager (QSR / Café)
🔹 Strong leadership and communication skills
🔹 Ability to handle operations and customer service effectively
