Radha Ki Rasoi is a well-established pure veg restaurant in Dwarka, serving North Indian, Chinese, Tandoori items, Thalis, and more for many years. We are known locally for consistency, quality, and strong repeat customer relationships.


As we continue to grow, we are looking for a responsible and experienced Restaurant Manager who can take full ownership of daily operations and lead our team efficiently.


Role Overview
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, managing staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong leadership, operational control, and hands-on management.

Salary will be be decided based on experience and potential of candidate


Key Responsibilities
• Oversee complete restaurant operations (floor + kitchen coordination)
• Manage and supervise staff (waiters, kitchen staff, cash counter)
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and food quality
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers
• Monitor daily sales and reporting
• Ensure smooth peak-hour operations
• Maintain discipline and positive team environment
• Improve customer retention and service efficiency


Ideal Candidate Profile
• 2+years experience as Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager
• Experience in North Indian / Pure Veg restaurant preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle rush hours and operational pressure
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and stock management
• Responsible, disciplined, and solution-oriented mindset
