Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer satisfaction, manage staff hiring and training, and maintain high standards of service, food quality, and customer experience. Responsibilities will also include monitoring inventory, maintaining operational efficiency, and working closely with the team to ensure smooth delivery of a premium dining experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to create memorable dining experiences
- Proficiency in Hiring and team management to build and lead a professional and motivated team
- Exceptional Communication skills for effective coordination and interaction with staff and guests
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage management to maintain quality and oversee operational excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
