Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager, based in Mumbai. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the food and beverage operations. Additional responsibilities include managing staffing processes such as hiring and training, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining effective communication within the team and with customers to uphold exceptional service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations, with an understanding of industry standards
- Proven ability to lead Staffing responsibilities, including Hiring and team management
- Exceptional Communication skills to manage team interactions and customer relations
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain an organized environment
- Knowledge of restaurant health and safety regulations is a plus
