Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager to lead operations at our Mumbai Metropolitan Region outlet. This is an on-site role where you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure seamless dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities include supervising the team, conducting training sessions, managing inventories, maintaining high-quality customer service, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. The role also involves financial management, such as budgeting and revenue reporting, and implementing strategies to improve overall efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Restaurant Management, Leadership, and Team Supervision
- Strong Customer Service Skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in Inventory Management, Budgeting, and Cost Control
- Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality Control, and Hygiene Standards
- Excellent Communication Skills and Conflict Resolution Abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in the culinary or hospitality industry is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
