Role Description
Indian Pantry is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager for an on-site role in Bengaluru. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure superior customer service, lead the hiring and training of staff, and maintain food quality standards. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring health and safety compliance, optimizing workflows, and addressing customer queries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in hiring, team leadership, and staff management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective coordination with staff and customers
- Expertise in Food & Beverage operations, including understanding menu offerings and ensuring quality service
- Ability to handle inventory management and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related
