Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Restaurant Manager at Hotel Hyderabad Grand, based in Hyderabad. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent guest experiences through efficient service and high-quality offerings. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, monitoring compliance with health and safety standards, handling customer feedback, and driving overall profitability. Additionally, the role involves staff training, scheduling, and working collaboratively with the culinary team to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
